Since 2022, Jennifer has served as a Governing Board Trustee for the Acalanes Union High School District (AUHSD), including as Board President in 2025. She brings extensive professional experience in communications, budgetary oversight, staff management, hiring, and administration. On the Board, she has prioritized academic excellence balanced with fiscal responsibility and effective district governance.
A licensed clinical social worker and business owner, Jennifer has spent more than 20 years working in mental health services, community engagement, and organizational leadership, helping build partnerships and strengthen support systems for students and families. She has taught Master's level classes as adjunct faculty at UCLA, USC, and Loyola Marymount. In addition to running a private practice, Jennifer is also a mother of two kids, one who attends UC Davis studying Mathematical and Computational Science and one who is a junior at Campolindo High School.
